On October 25, 2016, the Congressional 809 Panel met with the IDCC to better understand the experiences nontraditional companies, like the IDCC members, have had in collaborating and contracting with DoD, National Laboratories, or other Federal Agencies, including DOE, NIST and NSF. The following is the letter the IDCC provided in response to the 809 Panel's request for documentation.
